Today I showed chastity by not having sex even though i've dated my boyfriend for two years. I didn't show order because i got behind on my school work.

Today I showed cleanliness by taking a shower before i went to bed. I didn't show temperance today because i got in an argument with my mom.

Today I didn't show frugality by making a bet with my friend and i bet her more money than I had and I lost the bet. I showed silence because I didn't talk most of the day because I didn't feel good.
